You can book in 2 ways, through toktok app and toktok website. Download the toktok app at google play store and apple store. The website delivery link of toktok is www.toktok.ph/delivery


  How to book a delivery through toktok app?

How to book a delivery through toktok app?

Step 1: Open your toktok app and click the Order Details.

Step 2: Enter the SENDER DETAILS and RECIPIENT DETAILS such as name, contact number, delivery address and landmark.

Step 3: Select the Order Type if it's As Soon As Possible or Scheduled.

Step 4: Click to whom payment should be collected, either from the SENDER or the RECIPIENT, for the meantime, payments are made through cash.

Step 5: You may switch to EXPRESS DELIVERY if the item needs to be delivered urgently.

Step 6: Add a short description of the items you will be having delivered and if you have a promo code type it in. Then confirm your booking.

Step 7: You will see the total delivery fee then click BOOK NOW to confirm and wait for a rider to accept your booking.

Note: We advise you to seal the items to be delivered only after they have been inspected by the rider. Ensure that your items are well packed for safe transportation, and allow your rider to take a photo as proof of pick-up. For the security of your packages, please transact solely with the assigned rider to your booking. All bookings and delivery which are accepted by the rider through the toktok App and toktok website.


  Is there any payment options other than cash?

For the meantime, payments are made through cash only.

Note: The maximum amount of delivery fee is Php 2,000 only.

● Yes. You can specify your preferred Pick-up Date and Time if you have chosen the ‘Scheduled Delivery’ type of Booking.

● We also have the ASAP type of Booking, however time of pick-up varies on the road traffic and availability of the Riders in your respective area.

You can place your booking maximum of 7days in advance.

Send items such as documents, food, clothes, and general merchandise to your friends, loved ones or business partners. For the safety of your package and the Rider please avoid deliveries of the following items: Hazardous, explosive, flammable and unsafe items. Credit or debit cards Cash in any form of currencies Illegal substances Livestock Any unpacked / loose items that can be easily damaged in transit Real or imitation weapons including firearms or parts thereof, explosives or ammunition Note: The items stated above will not be insured and toktok will not be liable for any loss or damage.

● It allows you to edit your information indicated in your toktok app like your full name, email address and password

● We will send you a push notification whenever you book a delivery and if the Rider's accepts your booking.

You may track the location of your rider and your package thru toktok app by following these steps:

Step 1: Open your toktok app

Step 2: Click MY DELIVERIES on the left side of the screen.

Step 3: Select ON THE WAY TO RECIPIENT.

Step 4: Click DELIVERY TRACKING to track your package.

Step 1: Contact your Operator and get the Rider’s Application Link

Step 2: Click the Rider’s Application Link sent by the Operator (You should see your Operator’s name on top of the Registration Form)

Step 3: Fill out the Registration Form

Step 4: Upload the needed requirements (Professional Driver’s License, Motorcycle’s OR/CR & NBI Clearance)

Once your application has been verified by toktok, you’ll be requested to attend the Riders’ training. Training Schedules are as follows:

It takes 24-72 hours to have your application approved excluding Sundays and Holidays.

After the Rider has successfully completed the Registration and the Riders’ Training, Rider must ensure that his/her Rider load wallet has sufficient balance.

Follow these steps to request for top-up load:

Step 1: Contact your Operator

Step 2: Request your desired top-up load amount

Step 3: Pay your Operator by any means as agreed by the both parties

Step 4: You may now start earning with toktok!

Example: Delivery Fare: PhP 200.00 Rider Wallet: PhP 40.00 – (Rider must have at least 20% of the total booking fare to be able to accept the booking)

NOTE: Minimum top-up load for Rider is 500 only.


  What if the Rider can’t log-in?

If the Rider forgot his/her password:

Step 1: Click ‘Forgot Password’

Step 2: Check your registered email for the temporary password

Step 3: You can now reset your password

If the Rider forgot the email he/she has registered to toktok :

Step 1: Call your Operator

Step 2: if correct, try to click the ‘forgot password’ - if not, ask your operator to change your registered e-mail address then you may now click forgot password

Note: Once we verified that the account belongs to you, it will take 24-72 Hours from the receipt of your request to be processed.

What if Rider can’t see any available bookings, what does this mean?

Try to refresh the toktok rider app. If there are still no available orders this means that there are no available bookings within 3km radius. The rider may move to another place to search for a booking.

Step 2: Scroll down and click ASAP for immediate delivery and click SCHEDULED TIME for scheduled delivery.

Step 3: Type in exact pickup location name of sender, contact number and landmark of sender’s address. Then type in the exact drop off point location, recipient’s name, contact number and landmark of recipient’s address.

Step 4: If you have a promo code, you may type it in.

Step 5: Click to whom payment should be collected, either from the SENDER or the RECIPIENT.

Step 6: Click on the item description and drop down option will appear, you can choose the category of your item. If selected others, please specify on the box that will appear below

Step 7: You may switch to EXPRESS DELIVERY if the item needs to be delivered urgently.

Step 8: Below, you will see the total delivery fee then click BOOK NOW to confirm. A booking summary will appear, review and make sure that all the details are correct.

Step 9: CAPTCHA will appear at the bottom of the summary, type it in and click CONFIRM. SUCCESSFUL BOOKING will appear

Note: We advise you to seal the items to be delivered only after they have been inspected by the rider. Ensure that your items are well packed for safe transportation, and allow your rider to take a photo as proof of pick-up.

For the security of your packages, please transact solely with the assigned rider to your booking. All bookings and delivery which are accepted by the rider through the toktok App and toktok website.

Incorrect Reference Number
If the MERCHANT REFERENCE NUMBER or MOBILE NUMBER was used instead upon payment. 

Incorrect Payment Chanel
If the transaction was paid using a different payment channel.

Short/Split Payment
If payment for the gateway fee was missed; or if it was paid on a separate transaction. 

Unfinished Transaction
The client did not proceed to his/her payment option so he/she did not receive an email from PayPanda. The client used the Merchant reference number to pay the transaction.

ASAP - as soon as possible. The assigned rider is still able to accept another booking. 

SCHEDULED - customers will be able to set the pick-up time. The assigned rider is still able to accept another booking.
 
EXPRESS - rider’s priority. Riders can no longer accept another booking until this order has been fulfilled.
